DEAR EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS, PARISH PRESIDENTS, AND OFFICERS:
The Louisiana School Bus Operators Association Executive Board will hold their Regular Quarterly Board Meeting AUGUST 21, 2021 at 9:30 A.M. at the PARAGON CASINO RESORT, 711 PARAGON PLACE, MARKSVILLE, LA. 71351.
Parish Presidents meeting will be 8:30 A.M. Concerns that parish presidents have need to be addressed at this meeting. This meeting has not had good attendance.
For those of you who stay the night before the meeting which is August 20, 2021, please let them know is you will be checking in late due to bus routes. We have rooms blocked off for the meeting so be sure to tell them you are with the Louisiana School Bus Operators Association to make your reservation for the August 21, 2021, Quarterly Board Meeting.

Check in time is anytime 4:00 P. M. and check out time is 11:00 P. M.
The rooms are as follows:
$ 99.00 Standard Guest Room
$ 129.00 Deluxe Atrium Guest Room
There is a $1.00 Resort Fee that will be assessed per room per night. Sales tax is 13% and all guest will be asked to present a valid credit card or a $50.00 cash deposit upon arrival in order to provide them with charge privileges during their stay.
The Auditing Budget & Finance Committee will meet at 9:00 A. M. before the regular Quarterly Board Meeting. This will give the committee time before the Quarterly Board Meeting to go over the reports.
We will be meeting in the Chiqui Room 1,2, and 3 for social distance. The Casino at this time is NOT REQUIRING A MASK TO BE WORN. This is your decision.
